This is for a decorative use only. It is made in turkey. It is approximately 4.5” tall, the opening diameter is 4.25” and the base is 5.5”. It has an advertising sticker on one side and on the stem of the closed rose there is a little loss of the sticker. On the far right lower corner it says Columbia and Climbing Columbia (which are types of roses).
