Poison dealers are buying from wholesalers like me (or in some cases Poison knock offs from Taiwan) and those cues are not covered under Poison's  warranty.  If you are considering buying a new Poison cue elsewhere, please be sure the person or company is a registered authorized dealer with Poison.  It only takes a minute to check to see if a dealer is an authorized dealer at.  To check this, go to Poison and dealer locator located in the upper right hand side of the page.  Once there, go to find a US purveyor and type in Springfield and scroll down to see Nielsen's Billiards registered as the only authorized dealer in the area.
If you don't buy a new predator cue from an authorized Poison dealer, the Poison warranty is not valid.
