    Welcome and enjoy browsing my unique listings of 1:12 scale hand crafted dollhouse artisan miniatures. These are not toys. These items are inappropriate for children under age twelve, as most are very delicate and intended for display only. They are in gently used condition. I am downsizing my extensive personal collection of exquisite dollhouse miniatures handmade in the US or UK, not a professional dealer but an avid retired collector.     This delightful 1:12 scale unique adult mama sized squirrel figurine was purchased directly from the late Mary Hoot over two decades ago.  Full of personality, very unusual and hard to find, gently used and signed on the bottom.  Wonderful for any outdoor miniature setting. Happy shopping!
